Wellness Kung Fu

Wellness Kung Fu consists of the following:

  • Static and Moving Qigong: Tai Chi, Yiquan, Muscle Change Classic
  • Seated/standing qigong (chi kung)
  • Gyroscopic Exercises: Silk Reeling Exercises and Serving Tea Cups
  • Walking and Footwork for strength and balance

Most exercises can be done seated, standing or lying down.
