Whether you are tired of reading the Tao of Jeet Kune Do and being unsure that your moves correctly or you are interested in leveling up your kickboxing body mechanics, my JKD Kickboxing Fundamentals course will get you on the Way. Topics covered include:
- Stance, Footwork, Evasion
- Hand Strikes
- Foot Strikes
- Headbutts, Knees and Elbows
- Basic Distance and range theory
- Attack by Combination
The program includes ten lessons delivered once a week and video tutoring throughout the training period. This is a solo program, meaning that you don’t need a partner in take advantage and complete this program. Upon completion of the program, you will be included on the listing on my website.
